District 9 review

With the start of district 9, it's all about establishing the environment and describing the story of what's going on in a short segment so you can get caught up with the action. you've got the aliens mother ship that's stayed in Johannesburg.

the film represents of how a person's personality can change when the situation has changed and he's not on the winning team anymore, within the first 10/20 minutes of the film, it's displaying the different traits that the character has, such as he's a very shy character and speaks very softly and it's giving the audience sympathy towards the character and it makes the audience feel like he doesn't want to be included into another big. the main protagonist is normally a strong and hopeful character so virtually instantly the audience falls in love with them.

As I watching district 9, it felt like he wasn’t take responsibility for stuff that he didn’t do and he could make any decisions without anybody being there. The main protagonist normally talks about his wife about how she does this and that and he normally stands in the background and gets un-noticed by his peers. He rarely speaks out for himself but when everything hits the fan, he starts to take more action and starts concerning his self for his well being.

I’ve been meaning to review this film for quite a bit now but never got really got round to it and plus I’ve been concentrating on my audio blogs and I’m just trying to get up the viewing ladder and it might take a little bit but if I start doing written blog and audio blogs at the same time, I can get up the viewing ship.
